Algorithm of application to medical organization for foreign patient

1. The representative of a foreign patient (child) addresses the register of the polyclinic with the announcement of the purpose of the appeal: preventive examination, emergency care, dental treatment, orthodontics, etc.

2. When applying to the register, an identity document and a medical policy (OMS, DMS) are presented, if available.

3. In case of application for preventive examination, reception is carried out on the same day. After registration of the patient, the medical registrar, if necessary, accompanies the patient and his representative to the examination room. The medical recorder announces to the patients representative the cost of the examination.

After concluding the Contract for the provision of paid services (if there is no OMS, DMS policy), signing the consent for examination, the dentist performs the examination and prescribes the outfit. The discharged outfit is paid by the patients representative in the polyclinics cash register (cash payment in rubles or cashless payment on a bank card) and presented to the doctor.

4. If it is necessary to provide emergency assistance, reception is carried out within 2 hours from the moment of circulation. After registration of the patient, the medical registrar, if necessary, accompanies the patient and his representative to the care room.

If the representative of the patient (child) agrees, the doctor performs the necessary manipulations and prescribes the outfit. The discharged outfit is paid by the patients representative in the polyclinics cash register (cash payment in rubles or cashless payment on a bank card) and presented to the attending doctor.

5. In case of an appeal for assistance in the planned order, the admission is carried out within 14 calendar days from the moment of the appeal. After registration of the patient, the medical registrar records the patient for treatment and provides the patients representative with information about the day, time of registration for the reception, as well as the doctors name and the room number.

In case of difficulties on the day of reception, the medical registrar accompanies the patient and his representative to the doctors reception office.
